Order Confirmation

During busy periods, it may take up to 12 hours to receive your order confirmation e-mail. But don’t worry, we have your order and are working on getting it to you as soon as possible. For products you will receive an order dispatch e-mail for each item in your order. This will be sent when we receive notification from our supplier that the item has been dispatched.

Delivery Method

The delivery methods available vary by product type. Please check your basket for available delivery choices, prices and cut-off times. If you order multiple items, these will each be posted separately and may arrive on different days.

Dispatch times vary by product. For personalised gifts, please allow up to four working days.

E-voucher – FREE

You will receive an e-mail link to your e-voucher PDF once payment has been made. You can then print your voucher at home.
